Suncrest Village Retirement Apartments are located conveniently in downtown Sequim adjacent to the "Old Grain Elevator" historical site. Outside your doorstep you can fill your life with as much social and entertainment activity as you wish, whether you seek the private spaces of your own apartment home, the company of family and friends, or joining in the fun.

The project represents a unique partnership with the Clallam, Jefferson Community Action Senior Nutrition Program. Meals offered in the spacious dining room are prepared fresh daily by the Nutrition Program that has been serving Sequim's seniors for many years. This meal is available to all residents of Suncrest Village, as well as other seniors in the community who wish to participate. This public-private partnership has resulted in a new modern retirement community with very affordable rates.
